Q.	How long does it take from the time I purchase a fireplace to delivery to my door ?
A.	We hold large stocks and can deliver anywhere in mainland UK within 4 days. For overseas orders please telephone us if you require exact delivery times. USA aproximately 4 weeks, Europe aproximately 1 week.
Q	Is there a charge for delivery ?
A	Our freight carriers charge £75.00 + vat for delivery anywhere in mainland UK, or you are welcome to visit us and collect yourself.
	For deliveries elsewhere in the world please telephone us for a quote. USA dockside for collection aproximately USD 300.00, Europe aproximately £125.00 to your door.
Q	Are these fireplaces easy to fit ?
A	Yes, any reasonably competent DIY person can fit one in around 2 hours and we are very happy to provide advice if you require it, please call us any time between 9.30am and 5.30pm.
Q	What do I fix the fireplace together with ?
A	We recommend china clay (plaster of paris) or alternatively bathroom sealer.
Q	Can I visit you to see the fireplaces before I buy ?
A	Yes, we welcome visitors to our showroom but please telephone us first to arrange an appointment.
Q	Are these fireplaces Hand Carved from Solid Marble and Stone ?
A	Yes, all our fireplaces are Hand Carved by our highly skilled master craftsmen from solid blocks of natural Marble or Stone. We never, ever use reconstituted materials.
Q	Can I pay by cheque rather than credit card online ?
A	Our system is fully encrypted so your credit card details are always safe but you can telephone your order and then send a cheque in the post if you prefer.
Q	Is there a quality guarantee ?
A	Yes, all our fireplaces are guaranteed to be free from any defects but please bear in mind that all natural materials such as stone and marble will have naturally occurring variation in colour, veining and grain.
Q	Is my Fireplace insured against damage in transit ?
A	Yes, but all deliveries from us must be checked and signed for at the time of delivery. It is very unusual for any of our shipments to get damaged but if this occurs you must sign for the delivery as 'damaged' and notify us immediately. We will endeavour to replace your fireplace within 4 days.
Q	I have a special/difficult size or design requirement, can you make me a special order fireplace ?
A	Yes, we regularly make special order pieces for large or unusual houses. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will provide you a price quote within 48 hours, but please expect 12 -14 weeks for delivery.
