About Us We have spent many years sourcing the finest materials and we use only the most skilled stone masons to produce these beautiful pieces. Our extensive collection of fireplaces range from Handsome English Tudor Stone, through Regency and Georgian Marble to finely carved French Louis XV and XVI designs. All these pieces are carefully reproduced by by our craftsmen from the original Architectural Drawings of the period. We also supply bespoke pieces for conservation building works to Grade 1 and Grade II listed buildings and these are made to order and delivery is usually around 12 weeks from confirmation of order. We always have a large stock of pieces at our showroom in rural Hampshire and you are welcome to visit by appointment.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, Switch, Solo and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling All fireplaces come protectively packed in polystyrene foam sheeting and securely enclosed within a wooden crate to protect against any damage. The crate is then security strapped to a pallet and delivered to your door by our specialist logistics company.
Delivery Schedule We deliver anywhere in mainland UK within 4 days of despatch and all goods are fully insured. The delivery charge for mainland UK is £75.00 + vat. For deliveries elsewhere in the world please ask us for a quote. (USA is aproximately USD300.00 to your nearest Port Dockside for collection).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will make it for you if you wish. However, special orders take aproximately 12 - 14 weeks to hand carve and deliver.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction. If any of our products do not satisfy you please return them, within 7 days, in their original condition and in the original packaging for a full refund.
